Red Squirrel Wine

With the actual 2020 Tour de France up in the air at the moment, don't miss out on doing a version with wine.

Save up to 23% with our Rosé Tour de France! Three different rosé wines from three different regions in a mixed case of 6 or 12 bottles with free delivery right to your door nationwide.*

This case includes the following great French rosé wines, all with their own nuances but all dry and fresh in that inimitable southern French style:

Provence

Clos Cibonne Tentations Côtes de Provence (full price £22)

One of the 14 prestigious "Cru Classé" estates, this is Clos Cibonne's everyday pink (see Tradition Tibouren for their iconic rosé) and a classic blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and their speciality, Tibouren.

Cabardès

Maison Ventenac Trêve Estivale (full price £17)

An organic family estate in the fascinating little region of Cabardès, near Carcassonne. It's an appellation that combines Mediterranean grapes with classically Atlantic ones (like Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc). Here you have a dry Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Syrah from chalky limestone soils.

Gascony

Château Laballe Brume Rosé (full price £14)

Currently in their first year of biodynamic conversion, Chateau Laballe’s vineyards are located on the unique sandy soils or Sables fauves of the Bas Armagnac. Their rosé is called Brume, named after the light haze that hovers over the vineyard in the morning. The wine aims for a similar levity. This is thirst-quenching rosé with flavours of pink grapefruit, hints of blackcurrant and a lovely minerally backbone.
