Jack and Margaret Reckitt's Mauzac comes from old vines planted 68 years ago in the rich limestone soils of a prime site on the brow of a hill, overlooking the undulating plains of Gaillac. Hand-harvested, barrel-fermented and then stored in French oak barrels for a year before being bottled by hand.
Warming, toasty, minerally feel but gorgeously in balance with the natural fruit of Mauzac, this is a delicious wine that simply makes you smile. We love it, and if you can get your hands on a few bottles, we know you will too.
