What is the main UK delivery option?
- FREE DELIVERY on orders worth £70 or more
- £15 for UK deliveries worth £69.99 or under
- Deliveries to many mainland UK addresses (see postcodes below) are made next working day; deliveries to most of the rest of the UK are made in 2-4 working days with some major cities next-day (please check with us if this matters)
- Deliveries to Northern Ireland are possible for a minimum order of £300; orders of a lower value will attract a £48 delivery charge
What is the cut-off point for placing an order?
Place your order before midday and it will be processed that day. Orders placed after that time may need to be processed the following day. You can also request a specific delivery date, just enter this in the instructions box at checkout or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number.

All other mainland UK postcodes should be delivered within 2-4 working days if you order before midday.
Where it might take a bit longer...
Deliveries to more remote parts of the UK such as the Scottish Highlands should be expected to take longer.
Weekends / Bank Holidays
Orders placed at the weekend or a Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day; we cannot deliver on weekends or Bank Holidays.
Notes / special requests
When ordering, please let us know any special requirements using the form provided at checkout, such as somewhere to leave the wine if you are not at home, and please make sure you have provided a contact telephone number for delivery drivers. If this is a mobile telephone number then you can receive text notifications about your delivery.
Availability / Out of Stock
All wines are sold and delivered subject to availability - if a particular wine is out of stock at the time of your ordering it, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative or a refund.
Cancelling or changing a delivery
If you need to cancel or change a delivery, please let us know by contacting email@example.com at least the day before, otherwise it may be too late to cancel and you will be charged.
