What is the main UK delivery option?

FREE DELIVERY on orders worth £80 or more
- £15 for UK deliveries worth £79.99 or under
- Deliveries to Greater London* addresses are made next working day; deliveries to most of the rest of the UK are made in two working days
- Deliveries to Northern Ireland are possible for a minimum order of £300
What is the cut-off point for placing an order?
Place your order before 11.30am to receive your wine next working day in Greater London* and two working days across most of the rest of the UK. You can also request a specific delivery date, just enter this in the instructions box at checkout or email us at orders@redsquirrelwine.com quoting your order number.
Where it might take a bit longer...
Deliveries to more remote parts of the UK such as the Scottish Highlands should be expected to take a bit longer - this will be confirmed ASAP.
Weekends / Bank Holidays
Orders placed at the weekend or a Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day; we cannot deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays but if you need a Saturday delivery we can arrange it at an extra cost. Please contact us before ordering at orders@redsquirrelwine.com.
Notes / special requests
When ordering, please let us know any special requirements using the form provided at checkout, such as somewhere to leave the wine if you are not at home, and please make sure you have provided a contact telephone number for delivery drivers.
Availability / Out of Stock
All wines are sold and delivered subject to availability - if a particular wine is out of stock at the time of your ordering it, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative or a refund.
Cancelling or changing a delivery
If you need to cancel or change a delivery, please let us know by contacting orders@redsquirrelwine.com at least the day before, otherwise it may be too late to cancel and you will be charged.
